8 Week Mindfulness Course

I have written this eight week course to assist group members to understand mindfulness.
Because it is a drop-in group, I’ve never given members an overall view, and as I currently have time on my hands, I thought I’d do this to help them build and understand how mindfulness helps us in everyday life.
